🛍 Can I return an item?
We accept returns on most unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
Please note:
For hygiene reasons, used nail polish, opened press-on nails, or partially used items cannot be returned.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order.

The item you want to return
A brief reason (help us improve!)
If your item is eligible, we will send you return instructions and a return label.
